Writing your own Rules

Writing has laws of perspective, of light and shade just as painting does, or music. If you are born knowing them, fine. If not, learn them. Then rearrange the rules to suit yourself. – Truman Capote

"And God help you if you use voice-over in your work, my friends! It's flaccid, sloppy writing."

  1. Truman was great as Lionel Twain in Murder by Death. One of the all time great movie lines was when Peter Sellers was reading the number 22 on the door...."two two Twain's house"
